Hedy lamarr
Hedy Lamarr (November 1914 - January 19, 2000), born Hedwig Eva Maria Kiesler, is an Austrian born American actress, film producer, inventor, and mathematician. He was known as a big star during MGM's "Golden Age." He was part of 30 films during a career spanning 28 years. In addition, he is also one of the inventors of the frequency-hopping spread spectrum. After he died, his name was included in the list of influential inventors awarded by the National Inventors Hall of Fame.
She rose to fame after starring in Gustav Machatý's Ecstasy, a film that features footage of a character she plays having an orgasm in one scene and naked naked in another. Both scenes were unusual at the time of conservative thought, which was the height of his career.
Talented in mathematics, Lamarr and composer George Antheil invented a spread spectrum communication technique and the first frequency transfer needed to carry out wireless communication since pre-computer times until now.
